Job Description: As a MEDITECH Expanse Education Support Team member, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment and integration of MEDITECH EHR systems within HCA healthcare organizations. This dynamic position involves extensive travel and collaboration with diverse teams to ensure seamless implementation and user adoption. You will receive comprehensive training and support to become proficient in MEDITECH functionality and provide at-the-elbow support during go-live phases. Shifts are 12 hour nights 7pm-7am.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute MEDITECH implementation projects.
- Conduct on-site assessments to understand client needs and workflows.
- Configure MEDITECH software to align with client requirements and best practices.
- Offer at-the-elbow support during go-live phases to assist users with system navigation and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Document project progress, issues, and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated on MEDITECH advancements and industry trends.
- Prior experience with healthcare information systems implementation preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel extensively to client sites nationwide.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
