Parallon Technology Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN. 

  • Serve as the point of contact between all client account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Maximize profits by negotiating contracts with clients.
  • Provide timely and successful delivery to clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Communicate and present monthly/quarterly goals to internal and external stakeholders and assure accountability.
  • Increase business with new and existing clients; identify areas of improvement and how to meet the goal.
  • Develop forecasts and track account metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Write reports on account status and submit to client on a quarterly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Present metrics to recruiting team and identify new opportunities in the territory.
  • Handle challenging client requests in a timely and professional manner.
Position Requirements:
  • Requires 5+ years of experience in related field.
  • Requires Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, present and influence key stakeholders in all levels of an organization.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software.
  • Experience delivering successful solutions to customer needs.
  • High attention to deal and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and scenarios at one, maintaining exceptional delivery time and quality.
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, negotiation, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel may be required.
