Parallon Technology Solutions is seeking a System Administrator to join our team in Franklin, TN.

  • Performs MIDAS+ installation activities and leads associated processes for optimal facility and corporate utilization.
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the end-user environment and systems and proactively seeks methods of improvement.
  • Maintains integrity of system security by auditing the new user set up process and regularly reviewing and removing user securities no longer in use.
  • Supports the MIDAS+ policies and procedures and adheres to departmental, industry and/or regulatory standards by enforcing and documenting system policies, procedures, and methodologies.
  • Maintains system dictionaries to ensure consistency, accuracy, completeness, and suitability of module, shared, and interface Dictionaries.
  • Provides Level II support for system users during Go-live operations and works with CSS to coordinate internal communications and communications with the end users.
  • Maintains reporting templates and SmartTrack™ Indicators.
  • Designs, creates and maintains reports consistent with the business requirements.
  • Maintains all documentation of the MIDAS+ Care Management System.
  • Evaluates procedures and operations as they relate to information technology and MIDAS+ system implementation processes.
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Health-related field experience required
  • Proficient use of Windows XP, spreadsheet applications, PowerPoint, and other software tools
  • SQL skills are desired
  • Crystal Reporting Skills preferred
  • Experience with clinical applications or clinical informatics systems preferred
  • Midas Case Management experience preferred
